CONTRACTOR ORDER FORM

Please fill out the order form below and include any special notes or requests at the bottom. Your information will be reviewed and an order will be placed in our system by the end of our business day. Our staff will be in contact if there are any questions regarding your request or challenges with products requested. Please let us know if you require a quote for delivery prior to authorizing the order. An additional surcharge of $10 will be applied to any delivery under $150. 

All orders requested for next day delivery must be emailed before 2pm. Next day deliveries are available Monday to Friday, excluding posted store closures and holidays.

Any applicable pre-approved loyalty discounts will be added to your order and your credit card or house account on file will be charged accordingly. Should we require an alternative method of payment we will call you before placing your order. Payments may also be made via e-transfer to [email protected]
